ABOUT SOULMINDCARE

Compassionate care, grounded in 19+ years of clinical practice

SoulMindCare was founded on a simple belief: everyone deserves to feel heard, understood, and accepted.

Meet Our Founder

Ms. Minna Mathew founded SoulMindCare with a vision: to make compassionate, professional mental health care accessible to everyone. With more than 19 years of clinical experience, she has supported children, adolescents, and adults across diverse cultural contexts.

She is RCI-registered and holds an M.Phil in Clinical Psychology. Throughout her career she has worked across schools, hospitals, and private practice — training over 300 interns and mentoring junior clinicians along the way.

Today, SoulMindCare brings together six qualified therapists who share her belief that every person deserves to feel heard, understood, and accepted — and that meaningful change begins with that foundation of safety.

What We Stand For

Safety First

Therapy only works when you feel safe. We create a warm, confidential space where you can speak freely — without fear or judgement.

Evidence-Based Care

Our therapists use proven approaches like CBT, ACT, and solution-focused therapy — methods backed by research, tailored to you.

Care Without Judgement

Whoever you are and whatever you’re facing, you’ll be met with warmth, respect, and complete acceptance.

How We Work

Our clinical approach is calm, structured, and unhurried. We help you move forward in small, meaningful steps rather than pushing for dramatic breakthroughs — because lasting change is built gradually, at a pace that feels right for you.

We draw primarily from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), with elements of mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and solution-focused work woven in where useful. Every session is shaped around your needs — there is no one-size-fits-all plan here.

The People Behind SoulMindCare
